HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play and Stream Standards

Live dealer integrity comes down to the studio, the stream, and the settlement logic. Here is how we keep each of those honest for every session you play.

Certified Studio Providers

Every live table on ptc55 is sourced from studios — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live — that publish their own audit and certification records for dealing procedures.

Transparent RTP Display

Where a provider exposes RTP data for a live table, we surface it on the game info panel. We do not invent figures for tables where the provider does not publish them.

Round History Access

Your full bet and settlement history for every live dealer round is stored in your account. You can review any past session from the transaction log without contacting support.

Disconnection Policy

If your connection drops mid-round, the bet is settled by the studio's own result feed. Our system records the outcome independently so no round is lost or duplicated.

ptc55 What Our Live Dealer Section Carries

What Our Live Dealer Section Carries

Our live dealer lobby pulls from studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, so the tables you see are the same ones running on major platforms worldwide. Baccarat comes in standard, speed and squeeze variants. Roulette SpeedSpin runs faster rounds for players who want less wait between bets. Dragon Tiger is dealt from a single deck and settles in seconds — a

favourite for players in Dhaka who want quick, readable outcomes. Blackjack tables carry multiple seats, and the bet-behind option means you can stay in the action even when seats fill up. RTP figures are shown directly on each table where the provider exposes them.

Live Dealer Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer or just want to know what a term means before you sit down? These are the definitions players ask about most.

01
What is a squeeze in live baccarat?

A dealing style where the dealer slowly bends and reveals the card edges for suspense. The outcome is identical to a standard deal — only the reveal pace changes.

02
What does 'bet behind' mean in live blackjack?

Bet behind lets you wager on a seated player's hand when all seats are taken. You win or lose based on their decisions, not your own.

03
What is the house edge in Dragon Tiger?

Dragon Tiger carries a house edge on the main Dragon and Tiger bets, typically around 3.7%, though the exact figure depends on the studio variant running on the table.

04
What does RTP mean on a live table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of all bets a game returns over time. Studios publish this figure; we display it where the provider makes it available.

05
What is a side bet in live baccarat?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside the main Dragon, Tiger or Tie bet. Common examples include Player Pair and Banker Pair, each with their own payout odds.

06
What does 'void round' mean?

A void round is a hand or spin the studio cancels due to a dealing error or technical fault. All bets on a void round are returned to your account balance in full.

Common Questions About Live Dealer at ptc55

These are the questions we hear most from players before they open a live table for the first time.

Our lobby includes live baccarat, live roulette including Roulette SpeedSpin, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and additional tables added as studios release new variants.

Yes. All live tables load in your mobile browser without a separate download. The stream quality adjusts to your connection so the game stays playable on a standard mobile data plan.

Open your bKash, Nagad or Rocket app, send to the account number shown in the deposit section, confirm with your PIN, and the balance appears in your account ready to use at any table.

The studio's result feed settles the round independently of your connection. Your bet outcome is recorded and visible in your account transaction log once the round closes.

Access depends on your local law and eligible region. We recommend checking whether online casino play is permitted under the rules that apply to you before opening an account.

Tables are dealt by studios — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — that operate under their own published audit standards. Round results and your bet history are both stored in your account for review.
